70cl / 54.5% / Distillery Bottling - This limited-edition single malt from Chichibu is made using the distillery’s own floor-malted barley – an incredibly labour-intensive process that is rarely seen today. It is made from a batch of 58 casks, including ex-bourbon barrels and red wine barriques. The result is a single malt with notes of honeycomb, double cream, vanilla custard, and a hint of pine.
