75cl / 13.5% - Chateau Prieure-Lichine in Margaux is known for being the former home of the great Bordeaux visionary winemaker Alexis Lichine. After he passed away in 1989, the company has been successfully run by his son Sacha. This 2005-vintage was made with a Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend and has been highly praised for its character, coloured by notes of exotic spices, aromatic opulence and sweet black cherries and blackberries.
