Château La Fleur Cardinale calls a 22 and a half hectare plot in France’s Bordeaux region home. Grown on seven different clay and limestone soils and subsoils and harvested between the 22nd of October and the 2nd of November, a combination of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are blended to create this Grand Cru Classe Saint Emilion from 2012. Aged for just over a year in French oak barrels, the wine is full bodied and filled with dark berry aromas.
