Winemaker Vanessa Cherrau chose not to produce a sweet style, which is why this wine cannot use the appellation name. This wine is absolutely stunning with notes of custard apple, toast and baked hay. The palate has a delicious core of apple pie, candied lemon and a rich creamy texture. If you want a change from Burgundy this wine is for you.
