Château de Fosse Sèche its on 15 hectares of vineyard, growing Cabernet Franc vines organically, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin and Chardonnay. Forgoing three varieties, the winemaker blends the Arcane Saumur Blanc from 100 percent Chenin Blanc grapes to create this vintage from 2018. Fermentation takes place without the use of added commercial yeasts at low temperatures and then aged in French oak barrels to create the fruity, fresh dry white.
