Ironically, Climens means unfertile or poor land in Celtic. Fortunately for those in the know, the prodigious vine is capable of
transforming apparently undesirable soils into the most outstanding wine terroirs.
The Cyprès de Climens is the second label wine of the domain. It has a spring-like character, a gushing temperament. On the nose you will find white flowers, mint, lime blossom, citrus fruit, apricot and spices. very fleshy and fresh in the mouth. A great Barsac wine. All delicacy, it gives itself simply, showing a graceful and youthful lightness. Enjoy as an aperitif or illuminate the most diverse dishes such as foie gras, fowl and fine blue cheese...
