Vibrant and refreshing with clean citric flavours of gooseberry lime and grapefruit, our Casablanca Sauvignon Blanc is produced by De Martino Estate, a fourth generation wine making family near the town of Isla de Maipo, Maipo Valley, Chile's Central Valley region.The grapes are hand harvested at night from 15 years old Sauvignon Blanc vines, just 25km from the Pacific Ocean. The cooling sea breezes, which settle in the valley during the morning encourage the fresh green aromatics and flavours of this exceptional Sauvignon Blanc. Pair this fresh wine with Thai green curry, tomato and basil salad, poultry, shellfish, tofu with a herb sauce and grilled aubergine.
