70cl / 51.4% - Bottled to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Caroni distillery, La Maison du Whisky and Velier have teamed up for this limited-edition rum. Matured in Trinidad for 18 years, this is a fruity run with aromas of ripe banana, dried apricots and cloves. The palate offers notes of camphor, linden, pineapple, passion fruit, gooseberry and gentle bonfire smoke. This rum is presented in a traditional Caroni bottle, complete with a replica of the historic original label of 1940s Caroni rum.
