3cl / 52% / The Perfect Measure - A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a 1990 Cambus single grain whisky from indie bottlers Elixir Distillers, matured in a single hogshead for 29 years before being bottled in 2020 as part of its Whisky Trail series. Aromas of green grass, buttery shortbread, brioche, lemon and oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of candied apples, vanilla, pineapple, chocolate-covered honeycomb and chamomile tea throughout the palate.
