70cl / 42.8% / Douglas Laing - A 1989 Bunnahabhain single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, bottled in November 2019 as part of its Xtra Old Particular series, after three decades in a single refill hogshead. Mellow aromas of muscovado sugar, ginger and baking spices fill the nose. The palate offers notes of milk chocolate, mint and cinnamon.
