The slopes of Mont Brouilly, where these grapes come from, has resisted erosion over time thanks to its strong soil composition of granite and schist. The terroir also makes for wonderful wines such as this! Louis Tete is a traditional Brouilly which reflects this unique terroir and time-honoured methods such as whole bunch harvesting by hand, and semi-carbonic maceration. It is ideal to serve with plates of charcuterie or a game pie.
