70cl / 53.7% / Signatory - A 1981 vintage Brora from independent bottler Signatory as part of their Cask strength Collection. Distilled on December 8, it was matured in sherry butt 1557 for 23 years, before 613 bottles were yielded on June 8 2005. The distillery sadly closed in 1983 and bottles are highly sought after.
