This lovey crisp and crunchy white is crafted from a blend of vineyards located near to Pernand-Vergelesses and Marsannay. Once the grapes are hand harvested and arrive at the winery they are carefully sorted before an indigenous yeast fermentation takes place in old 600 litre wooden barrels. Just 6,000 bottles in total were produced of this wonderful white and now, with a little time spent in bottle, it is at the peak of its powers. The wine is bright with notes of citrus, lemon barley, a lovely mineral tang and just a tad of waxiness to the texture which is utterly delicious.
