70cl / 47% / Distillery Bottling - Bonnington hail from Leith and are one of the first distilleries to open in or around Edinburgh in nearly a century. Laying down its first new make spirit in 2020, the distillery aims to make a slightly fuller interpretation of Lowland Scotch whisky. This expression was finished in a port cask for sweet red fruit, jam, honey, chocolate and spice notes.
