Black Fox’s Cask Finish is an occasional limited release from the farm-based Saskatoon distillery, bottled whenever they have an outstanding cask to offer. The current edition is made from 100% estate-grown barley, finished in an Amarone wine barrel, and aged entirely outdoors, the dramatically changing prairie temperatures rendering the oak exceptionally active. Bottle at 48.1% abv, free from artificial colour or chill filtration.
