Alex's estate covers 5 hectares on the granitic terroirs of Lantignié and is composed of vines ranging from about 40 years old to more than 100 years old. With its eminent terrior and old vines producing high quality fruit, it is no surprise that this wine shows itself to be a commendable Beaujolais-Villages. It is made the traditional way - using carbonic maceration with whole bunch and stems retained, and neutral (stainless steel) vessels.
