Wine SAN GIUSTO A RENTENNANO - After ageing for 18 months in French oak barrels (of which 15% were new), the Martini di Cigala family offers a mesmerizing nose distilling deep aromas of red fruit, Mediterranean herbs, refined by white truffle and leather. The pleasure continues on the palate, where the creamy fruit is enhanced by complex notes of mocha, coffee and liquorice with an impressive length. This wine is worked with the greatest respect for life and nature (certified organic) and is designed to be kept in the cellar. One can easily envisage 10 to 15 years of ageing on such a profile.
