50cl / 56.4% / Distillery Bottling - A 2010 Ballechin single malt from Edradour distillery that was matured in a single bourbon cask for 11 years, before being bottled in October 2021 as part of its range of peated whiskies. The palate offers notes of rich smoke, baked apples, vanilla, peppery spice, earthy oak and burnt caramel that linger in the finish.
