Using the same kind of blend as white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this wine is decadent and lush with peach, pear and baked apple flavours and a lovely, creamy nature. There's a little bit of a citrus kick to the finish and a complexity and texture that is thanks to a small proportion of the grapes being fermented in oak barrels. If you are not familiar with the unique whites of the southern Rhône, this is a great place to start.
