Master blender Joy Spence has pulled together rums aged for from 30 years to over 50, creating a blend of 13 casks (which themselves had been blended over the years with other casks of the same age), which were married for a year before bottling. The result is a worthy successor to the first edition 30-year-old, showing incredible depth and complexity.
