Each successive vintage is testament to their original vision for Terroir al Límit as well as Dominik’s continued quest to make the most elegant and expressive wines in the Priorat.
The Garnacha and Carignan for this cuvee come from several vineyards around the village of Torroja, ranging in age from 50–75 years old. Soils are primarily classic Priorat llicorella slate, although a portion of the Garnacha is planted on limestone
and clay. The grapes here are all hand harvested and the viticulture is certified organic, but follows bio-dynamic methods.
