Nestled deep in Galicia, on the banks of the River Sil in the region of Ribeira Sacra, the Ponte da Boga winery is set on steeply sloped terraces. Cooled by the Atlantic winds and basking in balmy Spanish sunlight these precariously placed vines produce wines of authenticity and heritage from vines that are up to 100 years old. The result is this fresh and elegant expression of Albariño with varietal characters of lime, pink grapefruit, lemon marmalade, apricot, nectarine, rose and lavender with additional smoky notes from a short time in French oak.
