Another exceptional release in the Bruichladdich Organic Series. This 2011 release uses Publican barley grown at the Mid Coul Farm- this progressive farmstead has a long standing relationship with Bruichladdich stretching all the way back to 2003. The 2011and was matured for 11 years in first-fill bourbon barrels. Benefitting from a slow distillation and matured only on Islay, this limited release single malt has a rich and creamy, luxurious mouthfeel and is un-chill filtered and natural colour; as with all releases in the Organic series it is bottled at 50% abv.
