One of our new favourites here at House of Malt. Produced exclusively for Berry Brothers and Rudd's Merchant range; this particular bottle uses 100% Colombard grapes from the South west of France. Colombard is a mutation of the Chenin Blanc grape, and is mainly used to blend with other grapes to enhance their characteristics; so to taste a fully Colombard expression is certainly something different. Expect a light, slightly acidic white wine packed full of citrus & elderflower notes, perfect when paired with goat's cheese.
