This sensational organic wine from the Rioja region uses grapes grown around the village of Laguardia y Elvillar with the vineyards at over 450 meters above sea level, mostly on clay-calcareous soils- these conditions are perfect for the Tempranillo grape to thrive. After vinification, this vintage was aged for 12 months in virgin French Oak barrels before bottling; this brings a complexity with a the seasoned notes of red fruit perfectly assemble to create a charming bottle of wine.
