Tasting Notes:
Nose: Salt water toffee, a little "farmyard" with mild undercurrents of peat, ripe dried fruits, citrus is now more towards orange than lemon.
Palate: Chocolate covered raisins, wisps of smoke still there but less pronounced, herb infused olive oil, fresh thyme, dry Manzanilla Sherry.
Finish: The finish is sweeter than the palate, sugar almonds & chocolate, Madeira cake stuffed with dried fruits.
