50cl / 27% - Presented in a striking bottle that resembles a stained-glass window, this liqueur is named after the Reverend Hubert Bell Lester, who in 1904 created a liqueur recipe for his congregation at Christmas. His great-grandson has decided to recreate this recipe, with a few modern touches, and this decidedly festive gin liqueur is the result. Expect notes of cinnamon, clove, citrus peel, dried fruit and of course juniper.
