70cl / 46.4% / Distillery Bottling - The first ongoing release of single malt whisky from Isle of Raasay Distillery is a lightly-peated whisky that was matured in a combination of first-fill rye whiskey barrels, fresh Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Aromas of cherries, lemon cheesecake, mineral smoke and cinnamon fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee apples, salted butter, seeded brown bread and butterscotch throughout the palate.
