70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing - A 2007 Glenlossie single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill cask for 12 years before being bottled as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of buttered toast, vanilla fudge and juicy barley fill the nose. The palate offers notes of dark fruit, liquorice, melted chocolate and mixed spices.
