These odd fruits have a texture that's a bit like caviar, and taste absolutely delicious. They were destined for gin! Zesty and vibrant on the nose - juniper and lime blend well among earthy angelica root. On the palate, through anise and coriander spice, there is creamy lime curd, a touch of lemon zest and the subtlest menthol note on the finish slightly warming, with a floral quality.
