Perfect Serve: Why not try a ‘Poached Pear Martini’. You will need:
- 50ml of Edinburgh Gin Poached Pear Liqueur
- 15ml of Amaretto
- 5ml of fresh lemon juice
- Fresh cinnamon stick for garnish
Add all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker and mix generously for 20-30 seconds. Double strain and pour into a martini glass, add the cinnamon stick for garnish.
