Nannette's Rose takes the best elements of the pale Provençal-style rosés and adds softness and complexity to create an intriguing wine that is perfect for the English summer sunshine! Pinot Noir and Regent provide lovely soft fruit character, whilst Bacchus, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay give a freshness and aromatic quality that is maintained by cool fermentation at low temperatures. The result is a dusky, pale pink with a herby and aromatic nose of strawberry, pink grapefruit and black pepper. In the mouth it is crisp and light, with rushes of red berry fruit, crushed rosemary and a backbone of chalky minerality. If you love a dry rosé, this is just the ticket!
