Tasting Note: Pale gold in colour with hints of pale green, this wine leads with explosive rose, apricot and exotic fruits on the nose. On the palate, it is very delicate, yet as aromatic as the nose. An elegant wine with a fine balance of acidity. Food Pairing: Best with a sweet and sour dish like a ginger-infused curry or, for the sweet tooth, an apricot-based dessert. Details Country: France Region: Mersault, Burgundy Grape variety: Chardonnay Vintage: 2011 Bottle size: 75cl Regrettably, this product is non-exportable The Domaine has 10 hectares of vineyards spread across various locations of the Côte de Beaune including Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses and Pommard.
