A `méthode traditionnelle` from the alpine region of Savoie which is naturally bottle fermented with 24 months maturation, and blended from mainly Chenin Blanc, with Colombard, Chardonnay and Ugni Blanc. It is pale in colour with delicate bubbles and a bouquet of flowers with herbal and mineral elements. Very elegant, stylish, refreshing with classic bottle aged flavours of toasted bread, vanilla and spices lingering on the finish.
