Roberto Henriquez is a young winemaker with a mission on repopularising the Semillon grape, a varietal that has been grown in Chile’s Itata Valley for hundreds of years. Harvested from 90 year old vines along the coastal area of Coelumu, this Molino de Ciego Semillon is technically an orange wine as the skins were kept on during the wine making process; with it comes notes of flowers and fruit plus a creamy texture.
