75cl / 13% - This is an old farm in the old territory of Lunigiana which now spans parts of Tuscany and Liguria. They work with traditional Lunigiana varieties including Pollera. On the nose this has hints of date, dried cherries and cranberry, with a touch of bergamot. The palate is juicy and round with a lovely freshness to it. This is a wine for richer fish dishes or white meats like guinea fowl.
