A distinctive gin in that it contains a measure of saffron, the rare and costly spice derived from the crocus flower. This also imparts a natural pale yellow colour which may vary per batch as it is added for flavour and not colour.
Nose: Cucumber, liquorice, orange zest.
Taste: Peppercorns, jalapenos, heather.
Finish: Coconut, custard cream, chilli chocolate.
