Dry and easy to drink; the 2021 vintage from Louis Jadot uses exclusively Chardonnay grapes grown in the southern part of Burgundy. The limestone subsoil of the Monts du Mâ are ideal for growing the Chardonnay grapes. After harvesting, fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve as much as possible the fruit and freshness- bursting with orchard fruits; apples, pears underlined with a subtle richness. An exceptional introduction to Burgundian white wine from Louis Jadot- we recommend drinking it young however you can cellar it for up to 2-3 years.
