Tasting Notes
Colour: Sunlight
Nose: Tincture of iodine, seaweed, green vegetables, French beans, and fennel. Seawater, with time some fruit begins to come out, grapefruit and lime peel.
Palate: Smoky brine and grapefruit juice, very pure and fresh. With just a little honey to pick things up, some slightly herbal kiln notes, all very satisfying.
Finish: Long lasting, sweet and indulgent.
