Tasting notes:
"Bright and confident Chardonnay aromas lead the way on this golden wine. The bubbles are silvery and fast in the glass. Lemon merangue pie, praline, cinnamon, buttercream and roast lemon aromas give way to a superbly well defined palate showing rich mature characters of truffle, chocolate and baked apple with raisins. This is an absolutely wonderful example of a Champagne all the hallmarks of class and sophistication and growing slowly into woderful maturity."
