Gosset Champagne
Based in the grand cru village of Ay the house of Gosset has been established as the specialist of champagne fit for gastronomy for decades. Their range, led by the famous Celebris, is not using malolactic fermentation and operates a very low dosage and oak maturation. The result is dry and mineral champagnes that are mostly enjoyed with seafood. New to their range is the Gosset Celebris Blanc de Blancs, simply a gem.
