As a family we found a lot of champagne far too dry but the Mercier Demi Sec was perfect.We always had plenty of this lovely drink In especially Christmas time and then we suddenly couldn’t get it!We we’re told the vineyard had been sold on and the flavour had changed which is why the regular place we bought from stopped.We then moved and even though I looked I never found anyone that sold this girly drink but I have now so hopefully we can start drinking it again.It’s so refreshing not dry and a total pleasure to drink
