Tasting notes: Pale golden in colour with a bright fast bead. Summer red fruits and flower scents with apple strudel and lemon zest playing a contrasting note. The acidity presence razors through the palate with a seam of minerality keeping pace. The toasty characters and autolytic notes are low key at the moment but will ome with more time. The finish is dramatic in its pinpoint lengthy determation and poie.

Tasting notes: "Lively and fast moving tiny bubbles. Arresting tingling nose, driven by the crackling malic acidity, notes of minerals, grapefruit, cherry and ginger with a whiff of hot bread ovens. The mouthfeel has delicate intensity, breathtakingly pure and cascades through the palate with brightness and verve. The minerality rises and encapsulates the wonderful finish. Glorious."
