This is a first class champagne. A family firm now owned by Bollinger. Crisp, fresh but not green. It has a yeasty bouquet and persistent mousse. Subtle flavours of fruit, mango and greengage with good body and smooth mouth-feel. Lingering aftertaste like a memory of summer.
