'08 has the edge over '04 and '02 with a tad more energy and harmony. This is absolutely the vintage to get if you are looking to treat yourself. It is also in its drinking window - what are you waiting for?!

We bought this wine for our wedding to have when I was getting ready with the girls and we were also given a bottle as a wedding present and they were a real treat! Both myself and my new hubby and the girls really enjoyed the champagne, it was one of the nicest that I have ever tried! The champagne that I ordered was received the next day from Wines Direct as promised and it came nicely packaged. I would 100% recommend using Wines Direct for the great service received and would also recommend this champagne as it tasted lovely! Although it is slightly more expensive than other top range champagnes, you get what you pay for and you can certainly tell that this is a good champagne by how it tasted. I will certainly be buying some more of this as soon as we can afford it and I will certainly be purchasing it through Wines Direct!
