Tasting notes: "Mid-gold, tiny persistent bubbles and well-defined cordon. Aromas show beautiful evolution with cream, digestive biscuit accenting ripe peach and red fruits. On the palate rich but with great vibrancy and crackling mousse texture to balance the flavours. Lingering finish. Delicious wine. Good state of development, but will keep."
