Most Champagnes are 'Brut', which is a term that means dry. And although they do indeed taste dry because of Champagne's naturally crisp acidity, there is usually some sweetness added (via a procedure called dosage). Brut Nature wines have no additional sugar and are therefore the truest expression of their terrior. This is why it is possibly one of the most exciting styles of non-vintage Champagne on the market. Ayala Brut Nature is made from Chardonnay for finesse, complemented by Pinot Noir and a smaller amount of Pinot Meunier for a delicate and balanced Champagne. It is cellar aged for almost 4 years, demonstrating to perfection the high quality of the grapes used by the House to craft its wines.
