The survey closes on Sunday 14th October, so ensure you fill it out before then if you want to be in with a chance to receive a free case of Prosecco.

T's and C's: To be entered into the prize draw, all applicants must complete the survey in its entirety. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of ID may be required. The survey closes on 14th October 2018. Entries after this time will not count. Applicants may not complete the survey more than once. When the survey deadline has passed, Wines Direct will choose a winner at random. The winner will receive a case (6 x 750ml bottles) of Prosecco.
