When created in the 1980’s, many champenois thought that it was madness to start a house at this time but with hard work, passion and unrivalled skills, Bruno Paillard has managed to put a new name in Champagne, his own. With an absolutely amazing range, the house is now praised by a large crowd of followers including 25 Michelin stars chef Joel Robuchon. The NPU cuvee is now part of the top five Champagne big names and his Blanc de Blancs are legend.
