The Lebeau-Batiste Cuvée Millésimé 2021 hails from the small but characterful 2021 vintage. A traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, it was aged in bottle for three years after fermentation before release. Now with additional bottle age, it stands as a fine example of the estate's precision and style.

Taste
Powerful yet refined, this vintage Champagne opens with a layered mix of red and white berries, citrus zest and ripe pear. Underneath, there's a beautifully integrated complexity of crushed nuts, cream, and soft spice. Glorious now, but with the structure and balance to evolve gracefully over the next 5–10 years.
About the Producer
Champagne Lebeau-Batiste is a boutique, family-owned estate just south of Champagne's main city, Épernay. The family has farmed these vineyards since the 14th century, and today Flo and Emilie craft a limited amount of what many critics consider to be among the finest grower Champagnes available.
